چکیده
In this study, the production technology of rare-earth oxides from Eskişehir-Beylikova complex ore that contains barite, fluorite, elements, and thorium were investigated. processes can be used in thorium-free mixed rare earth tested. Roasting, leaching, solvent extraction precipitation methods respectively. Roasting temperature roasting duration determined as 600 °C 1 hour, The optimum leaching parameters 5 M HCl, hour duration, 1/3 solid/liquid ratio 35 temperature. obtained leach liquor, Adogen was 464 for removal iron D2EHPA thorium. As a result stuies, solution containing elements precipitated under conditions. After precipitation, product 99.65% oxides.

Various experiments led in laboratory on the concentrate of Angico dos Dias phosphate allowed us to define the following steps in the process of hydrochloric treatment: 1 – Acidification of the concentrate by HCl at 20% during two hours at ambient temperature (solid/liquid ratio of 40%, agitation speed of 200 rpm). In these conditions, the solubilisation rates of CaO and P2O5 are commonly super...

متن کاملProduction of titanium tetrachloride (TiCl4) from titanium ores: A review
Titanium (Ti) is the ninth most abundant element on earth. The titanium mineral ores are widely distributed in different parts of the world. The two main ores of titanium include rutile (TiO2) and ilmenite (FeO.TiO2). It is aimed to provide the readers with an insight to the main processes currently employed to extract and recover titanium tetrachloride (TiCl4) from different titanium ores. Due...
متن کاملStructural and electrochemical characterization of a cerium(IV) hydroxamate complex: implications for the beneficiation of light rare earth ores.
Reaction of N-phenyl-pivalohydroxamic acid with Ce(III) precursors leads to a homoleptic hydroxamate complex: Ce(IV)[(t)BuC(O)N(O)Ph]4. Electrochemical experiments indicate a significant stabilization of the Ce(IV) cation at Ep,c = -1.20 V versus SCE in the hydroxamate ligand framework. The spontaneous oxidation of Ce(III) in a hydroxamate ligand field is discussed in the context of beneficiati...
